Cancellation Policy

General Policy

Day Off Resort offers flexible cancellation terms. The specific policy for each Reservation is displayed before checkout and in your Reservation confirmation.

Standard Cancellation Windows

  • Day Rooms: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.

  • Pool Access: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session.

  • Spa Treatments: Free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before the appointment.

  • Cabana Reservations: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before.

  • Beach Access: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before.

  • Golf Rounds: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before tee time.

  • Yacht Charters: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within the cancellation window may incur a fee of 25–50% of the service price, depending on the resort's individual policy.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive without cancellation constitutes a no-show. The resort may charge the full service amount to the card held for your Reservation.

Hold Released Amount

When a Reservation is cancelled within the free cancellation window, the amount held on your card is released. Released amounts are processed within 3–5 business days.

Resort Cancellations

If a resort cancels your Reservation, the full amount held is released automatically.
