1. SMS Program

When you turn on SMS marketing in your notification preferences, you agree to receive text messages from Day Off Resort with exclusive offers, deals and updates at the mobile number on your account.

2. Consent

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of making a Reservation. Messages about your Reservations are sent separately from marketing messages.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. We send marketing messages only occasionally.

4. Costs

Day Off Resort does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

5. How to Opt Out

You can stop marketing text messages at any time by turning off SMS marketing in your notification preferences, or by replying STOP to any message.

6. Help

For help, reply HELP to any message or contact our support team from the Help Center.

7. Privacy

Your mobile number is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share it for third-party marketing.
