1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Day Off Resort platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Day Off Resort provides a marketplace connecting guests with luxury resort day-access experiences. We act as an intermediary between guests and participating resorts.

All Reservations are subject to resort availability and individual resort terms.

3. Reservations

When you make a Reservation through Day Off Resort, you enter into a contract with the participating resort. Your card is held as a guarantee. The full amount is payable at the resort on the day of your visit.

A non-refundable Reservation fee of up to 8% is charged at the time of reservation.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by resort and service type. The specific policy applicable to your Reservation is displayed before checkout. Generally, free cancellation is available 24–72 hours before your scheduled visit.

5. Limitation of Liability

Day Off Resort is not responsible for the services, facilities or conduct of participating resorts. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a Reservation is limited to the fees you paid to Day Off Resort for that Reservation.

6. Your Account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for all activity and Reservations made from your account.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
